It was suggested in another thread (Living In London Thread) that we meet up for a night of some beer and self dealt games etc @ The Gutshot in London or any other poker place (The Vic?) if that didn't suit..

There was quite a few people who expressed interest in this...Basically, the 12th/13th December seemed like the ideal time for the majority ... A few said that the wednesday (12th) wouldn't suit as Arsenal are playing that day in the CHampions League...So I guess the Thursday will be fine

So Thursday 13th Dec seems like a possibility - Should that not suit then the following week (19th/20th), I suppose could be alternatives but they are quite close to xmas..

So who is interested...and availability on dates :

We decide when we get there on stakes and whats played...

Last time we were making up games...

My favourite was :

Get dealt 3 cards ... and then after the flop, a round of betting , then the player to the left of you takes one of your cards and so on round the table then the betting is reopened...then deal turn / river..

Its likely to be £50 buyin or £100, we can see when we get there etc...and what levels of interest in games etc...?

ill def be up for it, would 14th or 15th be possible? just i couldnt get shitfaced or stay past 11.30pm ish otherwise as i'd have work friday morning (ill also need to check when work christmas party is, although i'd miss it if this is happening). probs could be the case for others as well im not sure.

as for gutshot vs vic, imo gutshot is better for hitting the drinks as they dont mind drunk behaviour as much, but then vic you can drink till 2-3am or so whereas gutshot is midnight (i think). but then if gutshot could go to bar nearby for a couple of hours then back to gutshot.

i think £50 or £100 sounds good, depends on craziness of the games. if pretty normal, then i'd vote for £100, if it's going to be crazy then £50 to prevent blowing too much too quickly.

I can do both, but lets do 14th if that will get a bigger turnout. Better if anyone wanna continue the night just up the street in Shoreditch also, being a Friday and all.
