$16 - TPTK vs reg
UTG is a regular which looks solid.

Re: $16 - TPTK vs reg
If you have him beat here he certainly isn't solid.

Re: $16 - TPTK vs reg
if he's a good regular I can certainly get away from the hand. Even calling 200 on the flop isn't good I don't think. UTG lead is most likely 99/77/AQ/AK. I can't see much else a good utg player limping with and then leading into 5 ppl.

I'm with vers.
You're splitting at best, assuming villain's decent. |

I can't see anything except AK, or the set for a solid regular here with maybe an AQ thrown in from time to time. With AQ, I'd expect him to have a backdoor draw so you're freerolling him. Against an unknown, I'm willing to go broke with AQ. Jeff |

matties, I'm getting away from the initial 200 bet.

Re: $16 - TPTK vs reg
I'm not folding this against very many people in the $16s. A large amount of the multitablers are pretty bad, but I guess against them their range is a lot closer to 77/99/97/A9/A7/AK/AQ so you can fold.

Re: $16 - TPTK vs reg
Is this not a standard pf raise spot?
|
Re: $16 - TPTK vs reg
I kinda agree it is, most people just limp middle pairs there, so it's kind off easy to raise villain of his hand there.

Re: $16 - TPTK vs reg
What's so wrong with our position that we should let this geezer flop a set for free?
