I think the river is a really easy fold, gotta give 14/12s that open under the gun then call a pf reraise a lot of respect.

Folding turn is a little weak, crai turn I don't like either.

Anyway, as others mentioned c/r turn is probably better. It's unclear what to do on the turn unless you know more about the guy. In vacuum, fold.

Folding turn definitely does seem weak, but if the guy is really this much of a nit, I don't think you can crai. You're 150bb deep (which does matter, don't tell me it doesn't.) Calling the turn seems reasonable, and check folding that river (or most any river) is best.

There's nothing wrong with the preflop raise sizing. It's still gross though because you should have flat called preflop, called a flop bet and ditched the turn and made this a whole lot easier on yourself.
