Now that I actually watched it (which was painful), I don't think he meant 10/20 limit, even though that's what he said. He used wrong words throughout, even when using poker terminology. I think he meant move up to 10/20 blinds in NL. If so, that's more typical Matusow advice. Poor guy is going to lose his bankroll (or payroll as he called it).
