Breakfast

I only wake up and have to be somewhere quickly 3 days a week. (ya I'm really lucky) On these days I've been eating a yoplait yogurt even though i'm not hungry. Taking my multi Vitamin and a couple fish oil capsuls... Then I try wait 2-4 hours and eat as healthy of a lunch as possible.

"Thick and creamy vanilla" is my usual choice 180 calories..sometimes i go with a "key lime pie light"...100 calories.
should i just stop being lazy and make some eggs?
should i jus get a slice of wheat bread and throw some peanut butter on it?
bowl of maple and brown sugar mini wheats? (they're yummy)

For the last few months I've been lifting weights 3 days a week and eating healthier (i've lost some fat and built some muscle, and I'm just trying to continue the trend)

these days when I hav to wake up "early" are not days that I lift.

I eat miniwheats every morning for the last 10 years.

Those yogurts have a ton of high fructose corn syrup.

I dont think light and fit does and it taste delicious.

Bingo. Read the labels. I think most trader joe's brand yogurts are safe.

My std breakfast these days is a bowl of oats w/0.5% milk and 1 scoop whey protein mixed with water. Is this enough?

I usually eat a piece of fruit/plain yogurt w. muesli about 1.5hrs later and then lunch 1.5 hrs after that.

Fyp. For young and fit guys like you that have 10-15% bodyfat this is great. Kobe's mom used to make him this every day.

For 30+ guys like me that are struggling with 25% bodyfat, not enough muscle, low metabolism etc. it might not be the best idea.

That is absurd.

I'm usually 3/2/2/2. I'll just assume you eat little girly man sized eggs instead of jumbo man eggs.

Re: Breakfast

Im not sure what everyones goals are here, but Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day other then PWO(post work out) i mean 3 boiled eggs(18g protein) and one whole wheat piece of toast(11g carbs) is no where near what you should be getting. Even in a strict cutting diet you should be getting MUCH more. Also if your cutting breakfast and pre/post workout should have most/all your carbs. Your grandmother has been saying it for years and yet no one listens, breakfast IS the most important meal of the day
