Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
I'm shoving preflop here almost always, however if you decide to flat call you are probably better off check/raising then shoving. He could call regardless, but shoving is much more likely to get him off missed overcards and to call with overpairs, while if you check he is likely to bet a fair amount regardless of his holding.

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
Everyone thinks its +EV to shove preflop (or on the flop, whatever) 100% of the time with JJ after being reraised preflop ?
|
Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
Against unknowns its definitley +EV.

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
JJ is usually a muck preflop there.

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
against a losing player I am shoving. Flatting is the worst option I'd say and if you're going to flat and get a good flop, CR is better b/c at the minimum you'll probably gain a cbet.

By "preflop there" you mean preflop after a reraise ?

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
Agree that if all our chips are going in on the flop a CRAI is infinitely better than a shove. I think preflop is a shove vs that villian

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
Preflop: Push or fold. I choose Fold, no need to get frisky with JJ. Even tho he is a losing player your more likely to be facing a race or he has you crushed. There is a chance he has 22-TT but what the hell. No need too risk it on JJ.

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
Its early, I fold JJ here. I cant see villian holding 22-TT often enough here to make this profitable. And coin flipping this early seems pretty spewish to me.

Re: 15$ JJ early when reraised preflop and good flop.
I'm pretty sure folding JJ here is losing a lot of value against unknowns in this spot.

Wow. I misread pf action. This on the flop.
Call seems very standard. |
