are you kidding?

you cant fold, and you cant just call, you gotta fistpump first and then call.

Dont bet the flop, it's a bad semibluff.
If someone raises you, you have to fold.

3bet turn, why would you allow A/K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to draw?

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

I guess I sort of felt he had a flush here. Minraise is usually nothing BUT the flush in these spots. Monsters under the bed?

Edit: I guess the fact that I'm taking a shot really screwed up my play.

You got a good flush, he could have 98s or something.

Also, I factored in that most donks limps in with suited high cards. I definitely felt that he was more likely to be holding Axhh, Kxhh, Qxhh, or Jxhh

Hmm, you see monsters under the bed

you got a flush on a 3flush board, it's less likely he got one.

You have to get it AI on the turn here, it is very unlikely he has a flush and even if he does, it is likely to be worse than yours.

I would fold. Why? Because I've done the exact same thing to others and their second best flushes fell for it.

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

I've had really bad experiences with the non nut flushes; ok maybe my thinking is irrational

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

but also I've seen the non flush shove like that at times when I've had the best flush

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

I tip the dealer before I turn over my cards.

Unpaired board, he hit his straight and is giving you his stack. Don't play scared.

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

i call this 100% of the time. If he has a higher flush, than so be it.

P.S in the future, reraise the turn, so if he has a higher flush draw, you make him pay.

Shove turn. As played call, and hope he reloads.

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

why do you play crappy hands if you are not willing to get it allin when you hit big?

generally with 100xBB if villain offers you to go allin when you have a flush (any flush) on a 3flush unpaired board you call every single time. you will loose some to bigger flushes but you will win way more against nonflush hands, especially at NL10

Fold* most* of the time you are beat*.
You played the hand well* on Flop* and Turn*, but you obviously* have to* fold* on the river.

*Guess what

Re: Can I fold a flush here? NL10

To the guy who said it's a bad semibluff to bet on the flop.

Why?

Is it because I'm out of position? My draw isn't that strong? We put ourselves in a difficult spot on a blank turn?

I appreciate the help.
