Real Life AP: Regular cheating in casinos for over 2 years

for those not speaking german (I assume a lot), the cliffnotes:
- He never sits anywhere else than UTG. He claims its his "lucky seat".
- At the casino he played the regularily, the dealers would count the cards at 10pm and 12pm. He knows that.
- During his first orbits, he'll only muck one hand and slip one into his sleeve. He'll do this twice.
- He played an absolutely horrible poker and claimed to never fold for less than 100€ pf (5/10 iirc).
- He would show lots of bluffs and miracly hit his rivercard when called. (or just had then "nuts" all the time)
- He would insist on dealers not leaving early cause they made him "lucky".
- He got caught when the cards suddenly were counted @ 11 pm and the surveillance system recorded him throwing 4 cards into the muck.
- Best hand that occurred (imo): Hero has QQ MP1 about 180 BB deep, makes it 3,5BB. Villain in SB(said cheater) is standing at the roulette table, betting. He announces "reraise pot", whilst not having had a glimpse at his cards. Hero repots it and villain calls, still not having reached his place. The flop comes ragged and he openshoves. Hero calls and villain flips AA.
- No one knows how much he won during that 2 years, but its probably succeeding a million euros.

They don't sound too serious about game security in this casino. Standard practice here (AC) is to stub count 3 times a down (=6 per hour) to avoid crap like this.

And no one deserves to be cheated, hell you probably have a couple fish there who barely know how to play.

Is it correct that the guy takes two cards in the beginning of the session?
Ok, lets pretend he has 2spades and 8hearts in addition to his hole cards.
where is the big advantage???, obv he knows that he has only 1out if he´s dealt 88...
Its not like he got 4 cards every hand, right?

And how could he pull of the cards out of his sleeves every single time without anybody getting suspisioucs (even under observation nobody saw it???)

well, you can come up with funny 2purrs/straights/sets/whatnot and its not as obvious as showing up with AA all the time.
plus, i assume he takes out 2 at the beginning and then keeps switching them around with his "real" holecards. i imagine this can be quite helpful.

he always keeps 2 more cards in his sleeves. in case he gets dealt 78o and the flop is 82K, he takes his other 8 and has a set.
If he gets dealt A3o,he just gets rid of the 3 and some other random card and saves the ace for himself...
ok, i guess i got that.

BUT HOW THE [censored] DID NOBODY SEE HIM TAKING CARDS OUT OF HIS SLEEVES??? I MEAN; even WITH observation...
WTF? this guy deserves every single cent, with these mad skills.

where I play (germany as well), they never count the cards. they spread them at the beginning and count when play stops for the day, which is about 6 hours later. they dont change deck either, unless a player insists on it.

oh, one day, the flop was dealt Ac 9d 7h
turn fell Ac, that was about 2 hours into play.

My guess is, that he was hidding the cards in the palm of his hand and not up his sleeve. That`s much more common, and easier to manipulate them.
