I'm not really sure what you are trying to complain about? I find that communicating in full sentences usually helps.
If your point is that people try to defraud sites and then chip dump that is hardly news. So why don't you start over and explain exactly what information / point you are trying to convey. |

I think I'm starting to understand. You are Pizza. The guy played a horrible hand and dumped all his chips to you. Stars now claims it was chip dumping because the player who dumped all the chips to you triggered their fraud flags and they are holding your funds until they find out if the losing player has chargebacks. Is this correct? |

If you did nothing wrong then in a few days all the deposits of all the people who lost to you will clear and Stars will release your funds. But if they all come back as charge-backs your funds will be seized. Stars (as well as anyone with half a brain reading this) suspects that you or a co-conspirator committed fraud to fund accounts then chip dumped to you. You want to cash out now before Stars can confirm the deposits. If you have done nothing wrong then just wait a few days. |

The funds would need to move to the the one legitimate account but they would probably pass though some of the fakes. Fake A, Fake B, Fake C and legitimate sit at a table with two others who have no clue what is going on. The idea is to get the funds to legitimate but if at any point fake A can dump to Fake B they will. Much less suspicion if legitimate wins money from 4-5 accounts then from 50. |

I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps and uh, I believe that our, ah, education like such as in South Africa, and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for our children.
