Didnt click the youtube link, but Ken Lennard tried to set up a rigged cash game with spy cameras or marked cards or something in a hotel room to scam some high stakes Euro players (inc Eric123). Was a mini scandal at the time, but his low profile in the US meant it didnt blow up.

The blackjack dealers at clubs here are almost always employed because they are hot and not their skill. The sad part is that if they mess up and you complain the guards hate on you.
