What about betting all streets?

Fold two of the aces preflop and play fair.

Ya, I def wouldnt be pleased with getting it in on this board versus a normal player, I think u prob played it fine, u induce some thin value bets from tens up and some bluffs, but given his bet sizing, I think river might be a pass as he usually has a king or tt/99 here but when u play it so weakly oop its tough. A smaller bet (85-95) id call, but the weak turn, strong river is usually a monster IMO. I might make a river blocking bet depending on villain and fold to a shove. I dont think folding the river here is bad at all.

calling down you just never know where you stand. bet on the flop and see what happens

Looks fine. I'd time down and little before calling the turn and check the river pretty quick.

as you have all 4 aces, villain likely doesnt have one, fold.

Betting to find out "where you stand"? Um... no.

Especially here, because where you stand is way ahead/way behind. In general, betting is fairly useless in this type of situation because you fold out worse hands only, and you don't want to play a big pot.

OP's line is fine, river call or fold is a tossup.

i'd fold river if i played it like this, but i'd bet the flop for value, then check the turn, and bet the river. you want 2 streets here (that doesnt contradict my river fold btw)

Wait a minute, don't you have AA in a 3bet pot? I thought bet flop, shove turn was super standard here? Are we that afraid of AK? Am I missing something? Ok, enough questions.

this is a 3b. flop check is fine. now call river.

I like the line here. betting every street is spew.

Re: nl200: no idea how to play my aces :(

My logic was that I would get more value by letting him catch up a bit, and that the turn prolly didnt help him, so by checking I would be able to induce more bluffs.
Would people like betting out on the flop more if it was KKQ or KKJ?

Re: nl200: no idea how to play my aces :(

I like your line. If we bet here we are going to loose much money to a possible K and gaining less from weaker hands. If we Check/call here we extract more value out of weaker hands and loose less to a K.
