Low-Life owes me money what to do?
 

This guy i know complete lowlife, he wrote me a check that bounced for $200, which he owed cuz i sent him $$ on Pokerstars. Now this happened 4 months ago and the kid said he was gonna pay me $50 a week. He has a job where he makes commission and works with my friends and they say he usually racks in like 200 bucks a week for 3 days of work or a good week like $500.

Now ive had enough of his BS excuses he goes to the track and lose like $50 everytime he goes, which he could have paid me with.

So now im gonna Mess up his car or something. Halloween is coming up and plenty of people hate the kids guts, so me being a nice guy i wuldnt be suspected to do anything bad.

So what can i do to him that will be mean? Something to his car, House, I dont know

I need Ideas and when i do it photos will be taken.

Keep showing up at his work and asking for it.

Be persistent but polite -- don't make him dig his heals in. He'll eventually decide payment solves his work embarrassment problem. Be politely stubborn when people try to get rid of you. If you get hostile, then that becomes the reason for bodily ejecting you.

That's if you want the money.

be honest.......in a fair fight, could this guy kick your ass? if so then he has a huge mental edge over you. so you have to take that mental edge back somehow. my suggestion, smash his face in with the stock of a sawed off shot gun, then as he lies there bleeding let him know there wont be any more second chances and leave it at that.....

over/under on how long it takes op to get his money if he does what i say..... like 1 day. otherwise NEVER LDO.
