Ronnie Brown is done for the year

Peace out Ronnie, thank god I picked up Chatman yesterday just in case. |
Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
I think the football gods have declared that Miami is going 0-16 this year. Man I keep waiting for the silver lining and this [censored] keeps happening. Ricky Williams to the rescue??

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
Well there are some nice picks floating around for Miami if they do go 0-16. The offense looks like it could be promising next year. They just need to do something about the D (which I thought was supposed to be their strong side).

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
What pisses me off is that it came on a play where if Miami doesn't turn it over, then Brown isn't out there trying to make that tackle. So lame.

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
lol Yahoo! public leagues still have him on the "Can't Cut" list.

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
i skimmed through the article, are they saying that it isnt even official that he has a tear yet?

But I think you'll be hearing pretty soon that it's official. Anyone who watched it happen live knows it's a 6+ week injury for sure. Legs just can't bend that way. |

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
Edge, Frank Gore, and others have had serious knee injuries and have come back. FG actually had 2 in college.

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
I'm mostly sad that I didn't trade him. I was *so* close to trying to sell him while his stock was high. And just didn't push the issue enough.

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
Ugh, I have no idea who I will keep next year. It looked easy at the beginning of the year with Brown, Addai, and Roy Williams. But any knee injury is scary. And Williams has been mediocre so I could go with Burress. Maybe I'll just pick up JeMarcus and hope for the best.

Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
RB: Parker, Maroney, Jacobs, Portis, Jones-Drew, Chatman, Selvin Young
Why doesn't anyone in my league like me? |
Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
Odds Miami goes winless now without their best player?
vs NYG - L bye vs BUF - ??? @ PHI - L @ PIT - L vs NYJ - ??? @ BUF - L vs BAL - L @ NE - L vs CIN - L Home game against Bills coming off the bye only shot at a win? Maybe at home vs Jets? |
Re: Ronnie Brown is done for the year
@NE could be a pretty significant chance depending how season plays out.
