Coming out of my lab, I once saw a hawk absolutely demolish a squirrel. The hawk grabbed it, banged it up and down repeatedly on the sidewalk while squeezing the [censored] out of it, and then once the squirrel died, pulled it under a tree. From there, it ripped a hole in the squirrel and started pulling out entrails. A crowd of people stood around to watch it, and if you tried getting close to the hawk, it would just fan its wings out around the squirrel and stare at you like "What?" It was pretty badass.
