Re: is this legal?

I hear people get better results using 5-6 accounts rather than just 2.

If yer gonna do it, go all out.

Let us know how it goes. Maybe blog about it?

Re: is this legal?

but i am not signing up two account at the same site.
1 account at interpoker, and 1 account at pokerplex.
since there are on the same network, but different poker site.
i'm not looking for a collusion.
but say i multi 4 table, and collect RB and bonus.
since rake is dealt hand.
i get rakeback at interpoker and rakeback at pokerplex, while clearing the bonus at the sametime. without doing extra work.

Re: is this legal?

While you are at it, get six accounts on six sites on the network and sit all of you down at the same 6-max table. You will clear your bonus instantly by continuously going all-in against yourself.

Re: is this legal?

Dude. From the TOS.

You will not use the Software or the ECash Services to (i) engage in any activity which you know, or reasonably ought to know, will (or may) be illegal or deceptive, including colluding with other players in an attempt to defraud, or (ii) facilitate transactions, the main purpose of which as determined solely by ECash Direct is to effect a transfer funds from you or your ECash Account to another end user or Ecash Account.

Collusion is collusion no matter what site you're on. If you can sit at a table and play two different hands, you're colluding. Don't do it.

Microgaming (Prima) do not allow you to have accounts with two different poker rooms on their network. When I signed up to Gnuf they locked my account contacted me after a couple of days, then transferred my original account (Bet 365, that I forgot I had) over to the new poker room (Gnuf).

Re: is this legal?

There is no problem with having accounts on different sites on the Cryptologic network, or at least, there wasn't when Americans could play there, and many of us had 6 or more accounts because of the monthly bonuses.

There is a huge problem with playing more than one hand at a table. The software should block this, according to Cryptologic support. (I complained when two players with the same name were playing at my table. That should not be allowed to avoid the appearance of collusion.) It is easy for the site to detect, and people have had large amounts of money confiscated for cheating in similar ways.

Re: is this legal?

It's important to realize that just because an act is legal does not mean it's ethical. A gentleman conducts himself ethically regardless (and often in spite) of the law. Good clean ethics in all things in life is priceless both to your self esteem and reputation. It's weak and cowardly to cheat for gain. The world is full of people who use "the law" as a justification for hurting others. Cheaters are losers, it's what some do who don't have the mental equipment to get what you want on the square.

Do better and think better of yourself. Accomplish something worthwile.
