$10 on stars for cellphone help
 

payable when I get home from work today.

Here's the deal:

I have a razr2 with verizon. When I look at google calendar, the fonts are like, big and stupid or something. This is relative to my friend's google calendar on her phone, where the fonts are smaller, imo, and things line up much better, and the whole thing is much more usable.

If possible, I'd like to be able to change this setting (?) or at least know wtf is going on here. So $10 to first person to get a good clear explaination of "wtf" and an extra $10 to first person that posts a good solution to this problem.

Well if I had a razr it would be. Like mine has no settings for calendar but it does font which affects calendar.

From reading up on this, I think you need to try changing your font itself, as i cant find any way to change the size. Give that a shot.

note, for people like buttonpusher, who i understand are trying to be helpful, and thank:

"try changing your font" isn't a really useful piece of advice. where? how? on the phone? on the webpage?

also, razr2, not razr.

also, i think that on the chocolate2, the display was kind of totally different. with shading and stuff i'm not seeing on my phone.

You can also change the shortcut items and choose not to show the indicator for shortcuts. Menu style can also be changed, with the options of grid, list, and tabbed. There's no way to change font size or type. The range of options certainly isn't as impressive as those offered by the Helio Fin or a smart phone like the Nokia N75, but it's pretty typical for most phones."

Note the cannot change font size or type. Guessing you are stuck. Might i suggest a Helio Fin or Nokia N75, they can change font.

To do this I think you need to plug your razr into a windows xp machine via the mini usb thingy, and then use some rather easy to use software available from here:

u need to change your front/background settings and you need to get to a computer to download the thing you need from the motorola website..

thats what u have to do enough said.

Get a iPhone/Q/BlackJack/anything that doesn't have a crappy WAP browser.

hmm, on my verizon phone you go to settings, display, fonts. let me know if that works for you

ya, i dont have a verizon phone anymore but when I did generally when you changed the font size like mugatu is explaining it adjusted in every aspect of the phone. Although if you look in the browser settings there may be a seperate "Font Size" option as it is a technically "different" program.

I lists all of the current mod/hacks for the Razr2 v9, unfortunately, there is no current font mod/hack.

Other models of the phone have them, so it is only a matter of time, but until then you are stuck.

It is currently a wtf then.
