Re: Turn decision
raise the flop, raise the turn
|
Re: Turn decision
I'd call again. Rep weakness, let him keep going if he's bluffing.
|
Re: Turn decision
What about the river then? I guess he represents a big hand, and I pretty much only beat A8.. and a bluff. I don't feel good about my hand now, but is this still a call?

Re: Turn decision
You've played your hand ike KcJc, I would call.
|
Re: Turn decision
Why would he shove if I played it like KcJc
|
Re: Turn decision
He could be playing the KJc himself... I don't think I would be letting go of this hand. He obviously did sense weakness from you when you flat called. Could be a river bluff, I'd take the chance.
Do you happen to have any stats on this guy? |
Re: Turn decision
Great flop for you, I like just calling. I'm 50/50 between just calling and raising the turn. Call the river.

Why would he shove if I played it like KcJc [/ QUOTE ] I'm saying you underrepped your hand, so he could be trying to get you to fold anything.. I don't fold here seeing as how we got here. |
Re: Turn decision
raise flop for sure.
as played I'm not folding this. |
Re: Turn decision
For everyone saying call, what do you think his range is once he shoves river?
|
Re: Turn decision
I see no reason not to raise our hand on the flop. Its strenght is strongly reduced when turn is a blank. Turn is a call when we raise flop, as played it's also a call imo. This is WA/WB and we want to keep everything in that we beat. On the river we get 2:1 which should be enough for a call. The fact that we underrepped our hand till river gives us back some of that value that we missed by not raising the flop.

For everyone saying call, what do you think his range is once he shoves river? [/ QUOTE ] Any thing he fires turn with, which includes better aces, boats, middle pairs (maybe?) and air/draws. |
