Lately I've been damaging my hand by pounding my desk when I get sucked out on but I'm trying to stop.

Try turning your mouse sensitivity up.

Yep, try setting it as high as it will go and then make/use an AHK script that lets you fold by right clicking your mouse (I had much less strain since I did this).

English is not my first language (like you all have figured out by now) so like 2 mins ago I had no idea what "Carpal \'Tunnel" meant. When reading OP I thought that this must be the worst "Carpal \'Tunnel" post ever made. Then I noticed his post count, used google and here I am hating my title.

EDIT: This helped me:

Re: NC: carpal tunnel

Some AHK scripts can reduce the amount of accurate clicking you have to do.. SNG Helper for party lets me right click to fold, mouse wheel to control bet sizes & auto time banks for me. Check the software forum for others.

1) i spread my computer usage across two PCs; on one of them, i've started using my left hand for the mouse

2) for poker, get a numeric keypad and software to allow you to use it for poker - typing in numbers with keys to fold/check/call/etc.
