Are there any famous GLBT poker players?
 

OK, as typical of an insecure straight male, I have to preface this post by saying that I myself am not gay.

However, I was wondering if there were any famous gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transsexual poker players out there. I don't know of any, but maybe some of you guys do.

I know of three "TV pros" that fall into your categories. Why do you feel it necessary to post a topic on this in an attempt to 'out' poker players? You do realize that you will get nothing more than the typical frat house responses.

I assumed he was talking about openly gay players. I have no interest in speculating about something a person wishes to keep private, but it is interesting to me that I can't name any openly gay poker players considering how many there are in other fields where one can acquire fame (including athletics if you include women).

i thought Allen Cunningham is a little gay, myself. He has the lisp, the gestures.....he is what is known as a twink in gay-dom. Regardless, he is one of my favorite players.....you dont really think about gay vs. straight after living in LA for so long, I just assume everyone is a little different. But if I had to put my money on an in-the-closet-poker-player-on-television, he is my pick. Even if he lives with a woman, he may be the type that runs out at 3am for orange juice.
