Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
I would probably lead flop, as played a fold is fine.

Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
I thinks its fine. I would absolutley love to c-bet this flop but we need to save the chips for upcoming 50/100 level to retain FE in our stack.

Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
thats fine.

Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
I bet the flop here. He needs a pretty big hand to call here.

Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
Betting the flop here is really bad.
It is really hittable. Almost every better hand calls. Almost every worse hands fold and you have a relatively strong draw, which can't call a raise. |
Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards

Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards

[/ QUOTE ] Why is betting that bad? I agree that all the worse hands fold and most of the better hands call, but I think a lot of players will bet worse hands into you on the turn after a check. That's why I will usually bet this flop and be done with it unimproved. I don't think you have much of a draw here if behind so if you are CR'd you aren't giving much up. |

Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
Am I weird for limping JJ here?
|
Re: $27 JJ, 2 overcards
Yes. This is an auto raise. I limp 99 here but raise TT+/AKo/s and probably limp AQs. Limping isn't a huge leak but I would rather get this HU instead of seeing a flop w/ 3-4 limpers. I think limping costs you value.

Rusty Nails if villains bet a lot of turns call a turn bet.
