The site(s) have been down for a while. Any time table on when RR will be back up and running?

I don't think its my ISP. Many people have been reporting troubles with accessing their website.

strange.. no problems here.. I can get on both sites
can't really tell you or help you.. probably a DNS problem then

I just went to the rakereduction website and also logged onto my account at rakeupdate with no problems.

There appears to be something wrong with my DNS. So far nothing has worked.

Nothing is working so far. Thought it was my router so I connected straight to my modem. Still no luck.

I have setup a proxie and will use that since it is working now. Basically, I have to wait for my ISPs DNS to refresh until I am able to connect to the website. But it does work through a proxie.

We have had a couple reports although not many about the site(s) simply not working for some people. We are trying to figure out what is causing the problem, in the mean time we are getting ready to move EVERYTHING over to a new server which will hopefully eliminate the problem forever.

Please keep us posted. We have purchased a new server, top of the line but it wont be ready for a couple more weeks. We tried something new that should fix everything in the mean time.. So please keep us posted.
