TT on high paired board against fish, 100nl.

Villan is something like 40/10 over a couple hundred hands who is aggressive postflop but not so much pre.

A couple of times I raised pre-flop and just check folded after missing since he seemed to be calling down or minraising me on almost every flop, and would bet the pot when checked to. He also stacked off with AK unimproved in a 3 bet pot earlier in the session, after someone else 3 bet him PF.

I like the flop check because whenever I see a lag fish showdown a huge hand they almost always trie to slowplay it when they hit it. I like to check/call here and if it gets checked behind, then I'm scared.

Bet the flop. If he doesn't have a King here, its very hard for him to continue.

I don't get the flop C/R though. He's never folding a King, and you're folding out the majority of worse hands. Just call and make a decision on the river(in this case i'd probably call).

In these spots I c/c turn, c/c river, especially if villain is aggressive postflop.

I bet the flop most times.. but I don't agree that most people find it hard to continue without a K. Many will just say oh he doesn't have a K and raise u with any 2, putting u in a really bad situation.

I don't like the cr either though.

When you're the original raiser, i don't think many people bluff raise you on this flop.

I think you played it the best way possible with the reads you had on the player. He is aggressive post-flop when you show weakness and that's exactly what he did. His overbet on the turn actually makes me think he has something like a 6 or 77, 88, 99 ... I hope it wasn't 77.

I think checking that flop to often your getting stacked off. Don't try and be to cute, bet the flop and get him off the hand. I find to often regardless of past notes that he will wake up with a K here. You can get your monies in better.

This makes no sense. Bet him off the worst hand?

Calling off your whole stack != bluffing off your whole stack

I read that to mean he bluffed on the flop ... maybe I was wrong.

Re: TT on high paired board against fish, 100nl.

You have to bet this flop, I understand trying to make the money off the player who has previously bluffed into pots without hitting the flop. However checking and calling down I believe will to often you seeing him flip over KK. Moreover any high card could become problematic on turn or river. You need to take control and make the bet on the flop.

I would turn over KK, others maybe just a single K. Appreciate the pick up however.
