Yeah you don't beat a whole lot, fold looks good.

Re: 3/6 riverdecision

meh, I always almost call here. People love to float OOP, and he could have hands like 99, 1010 thinking he's value betting or w/e.

Which he flat called in the SB to a button steal because...

Call is best here. He can have a wide range of hands in this spot even tho the flop is so dry

Because people do that loads of the time. I can understand thinking that folding is best but I suspect most people in these spots call most of the time, including me. It's probably close and can be a clear fold against lots of players, but if we suspect they could be value betting thin and/or ever float OOP then it can hardly be a bad mistake. And lets face it, we all hate folding if there is any argument at all for calling.

Well, my main point was that he could easily be floating OOP and not that he has 99, or 1010.

Re: 3/6 riverdecision

I think I fold against this peticular player. I think he runs 17/11 or something like that. I'm calling against more aggressive players though.

so my thinking was reasonable and my call not too bad thats nice..thx

i called and he showed a set of fours

Re: 3/6 riverdecision

Against THIS player, folding is good, we don't pickoff air or 99 often enough to justify calling when we usually lose to sets or KQ+.

Re: 3/6 riverdecision

only fold this vs a huge nit, but i still call then probably
