A couple hours later, I tell baronzeus about a new frozen pizza brand I think is amazing, and then:

schneids: fu baro we were talking about frozen pizza
baronzeus: i am down $330 [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
baronzeus: that's like 13 frozen pizzas
schneids: sick
schneids: only 13?
baronzeus: 13 family sizers!

The brand is "Gino's East of Chicago" and I had "Authentic Chicago Deep Dish sausage/pepperoni." Yeah, it's a frozen pizza brand from a real restaurant (I would assume, I've never actually been to Chicago or know if this place exists there).

Basically if baronzeus says "i'm running so bad" it's almost certain to be followed up with him saying he's only up X$ or he's down some tiny insignificant figure. He's kind of like those guys in live poker who yap constantly when they're winning, and are dead silent when losing. If he's actually on a legit losing streak, you aren't going to hear much from him. So yeah, I preemptively fu'ed him [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Though the concept of having pizza places deliver you their frozen pizzas is moronic; I can only envision super rare circumstances where that would be a better choice than having them deliver a fresh one, or else going to the store (or the pizza place itself) and getting a frozen pizza to bring home instead.

i agree. i just got done spending two years in a land w/ no Trader Joe's, so i am obv. eating as many TJFPs as possible atm.

at $25 a pop, it gets expensive, but well worth it imo

Gino's East has many chains in the city and in the suburbs. To those who haven't been to Chicago, seriously take a vacation here - chances are, you will enjoy it.
