More and more people are complaining of problems, we have no idea what the problem is but we are changing servers this week. We will keep everyone posted. It started with just a couple people, now sadly seems like a very large number of people.

I will make this a priority today to see if we can fix it.

There appears to be a major backbone that is down someplace that has nothing to do with us. We are trying to do some things that should HOPEFULLY fix the problem.

For those of you who cannot reach the site, please let me know if you CAN in the next couple hours.

Since yesterday the rakeupdate and rakeruduction sites have been up/down in equal measure's. Rakeupdate has been down most of the day but is now back up, as is rakereduction . [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Rakereduction, I think it's about time you guys get a new server. Obviously your current server can't handle the load. With so many members that rakereduction have it's a matter of time before the site goes down when you have 20K+ users trying to log on to cash out rakebacks daily.

We reset everything and it should be propogating now. Sorry for the down times, believe me we are trying everything we can. We are nearly 100% sure this will fix the problem for EVERYONE within the next several hours.



You are right, we are getting a new server, we spent $16,000.00 on a new server that will be ready around the 20th, it is top priority, believe me.
