************ Game 253371438 ends ************

after he said he folded KK. prob true since we were the only ones near 200 x bb deep.

but here's how i owned him.

my raise pre is standard. once he limp/re-raises he sooooooooo tells me his hand. either AA or KK ldo...

so i call knowing i am beating or perhaps splitting.

float the flop with intention.

the turn completes the flush. c/r his $8 bet to 4 x it. he calls.... now i know he doesn't have a Q or FH.

on the river he checks. clearly scurrrred. i shove for 100xbb ish more. he mucks it. shiiiiiip it

which way you ask?

THIS WAY!

ownage. and to the haterz.... HU anytime

tyty felt really good too.

i knew what he had. the raise on the turn is what did it.

that set him up for the river. he knew he couldn't lead there.

this was like 4th level stuff. can't wait until i move up!

Wow - people fold overpairs at those limits? I mean that's a reasonably scary board for an overpair, but still, I'd guess this play will fold KK less than a quarter of the time at NL50.

Re: Brag - i bluffed him off an overpair

i know i know... no strat in BBV...

but it isn't a terrible fold from him.

what can he beat? i don't have AA obv... and i wouldn't do it with JJ.

it worked because we were deep and i knew he was decent.

and no - the money isn't awesome to me. i wouldn't cry if i lost and didn't jump for joy when winning it. it was the play..

anyway... i am clearly on another level.... not a level.

Thats horrible you bluffed at nl50 ? How did you do that, how much did you loose playing online poker total ?

It wasn't horrible. The thing is, hardly anyone ever runs a big bluff like this in NL 50. Players halfway competent know this and realize he's going to show a Q or a house better than 90% here. I would 3 barrel this too if I saw he had AA.

Seen loads of nits on nl100 last days after cashout and i have never ever seen one folding overpair after a 3bet. Lots might even go broke beyond 2 stacks deep. If my network wouldnt hide showdown loosing hands i could provide lots of hands like that where nits insta call there.
Lots of fish run bluffs like that doesnt matter the board or anything preflop.
