real scum bag.
none of you should ever feel the slightest responsibilty to respect a HU game he is playing. i'm playing a guy HU for hours both of us want to play HU he sits and starts trying to get the other guy to come play him. then he sits in and plays until both of us sit out (we are only not at a HU table cuz we are playing 15/30 deep and have a ton of $$$ on the table). he then proceeds to talk during the hands ie: river is def bluffing here etc etc etc... and in genearal acting like a total POS. there were lots of ppl railing that can attest to this. |

I saw a fair amount of this too. He was being exceptionally obnoxious on this, and some other tables going. I have no idea why a stand-up guy like Roman would let a piece of garbage like ADZ play his account.

When I was in Barcelona during the EPT they were running a 50/100NL game in the casino. Besides John Duthie, Dario Minieri and William Thorsson there were no 'famous' players.
One of the players was a real young, fat guy with glasses (typical nerd if you will). Some of the players were talking that he is from Canada and supposed to be the biggest winner in the 10/20NL games on Stars. Everybody knows if he is ADZ? |

i sent the hand history to FTP and i will let you all know what happens.
but as of now just went from stuck 30K to up 5K playing that dude HU and haven't slept [censored] who knows how long so wont have any updates for at least 15hrs. |

However, I used to box and wrestle, and I was an athlete my entire life. Although none of that has anything to do with it, because what I was basically saying was I don't think all internet poker players should be categorized and represented as "computer geeks" because that's obv not the truth a la terror of sweden. Also what I was basically saying is, I don't have low self-confidence and I'm not going to sit there and do nothing if somebody attacks me, I'm going to fight like an animal. edit: as a side note it wasn't really directed personally to nath, because I dont know him and dont have any beef with him, I just didnt like it how all internet poker players are somehow considered pussies, because I know thats not the truth with a lot of them, it just rubbed off wrong |

[/ QUOTE ] i would estimate that one in fifty males between the age of 18 and 30 would initiate a physical confrontation over something said in an online game or any other situation where malicious dialogue is swapped. it's not 'nerds' that wont pull the trigger, it's any properly conditioned human being with a sense of social standards and a fear of the unknown, mostly the latter. but yeah, this is totally [censored]. in general online players (not saying the masses) are much more inclined to demonstrate behavior that they wouldn't in a live setting, and are overall much more disrespectful of etiquette (i.e., grimstarr, adz, shortstack ratholers, etc). |
