3/6 HU river c/r bluff

Villain is ok, kinda tight for HU. 34/21 ish. Hasnt been getting out of line or making tricky plays.

<font color="red">SB raises to $18.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $56.00</font>, SB calls $38.00

Flop: ($112) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $85.00</font>, SB calls $85.00

Turn: ($282) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Hero checks, <font color="red">SB bets $174.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises all-in to $631.00</font>

No straight forward player can check back that turn with a Q, right?

I don't think he has a Q either unless it's like Q8 (unlikely given his stats) but he could still be value betting the river with so many hands. JJ, JThh, J9hh, T9hh, AJhh, and manyyyy other hand combinations that could've called preflop and peeled that flop. If he has any hand reading skills, you just threw away $631.

While I agree that if he has any hand reading skills this wont work.......I think it works against this guy a lot.

His river bets is pretty damm small, makes me worried a little. But yeah he doesnt have a blank Q much if hes full on the turn w/e but I think its pretty uncommon.

Overall I like, because it really looks like you intended to check raise the turn and missed.

Since some of you have played this guy, how do you think he plays a draw on the flop/turn here. There's a chance A high is good IMO. I also don't think he's folding T9 here, which is also possible if he plays his draws passively.
