Off To Canada For Good...

Sooo, the movers are showing up between 9 and 10 in the morning tomorrow and I'll be leaving the US to live with zero in her apartment, and applying for Canadian residency in November. Wish us luck on the move, eh?

It will be posted when we get settled up there...promise.

Meanwhile, the movers should be here within the hour. Of course the computer will be the last thing to get packed up.

Don't you need a job to establish residency in Canada? If On-line poker player and pool hustler qualify, I wasted 8 years in college.

Seriously though, best of luck to both of you.

Enjoy.

Btw there's a glitch in the Cheers clip. When they show the woman at the end she has 3.3k instead of 400. Sloppy editing.

I always see stuff like that after the joy of cutting a movie once I'm like supersensitive to cuts.
Not that easy to enjoy movies/shows anymore but at least I get to appreciate the cutting work :P

I am always amused that there are [censored] of "become a Canadian" now adds in France. Probably by the Frnch seperatists or whatnot :P
There also seems to be a lack of craftsmen in Canada judging from the adds in our newspapers. Either that or there a lots of con artists in Canada.

Getting residency in Canada isn't that hard. You pretty much just have to show up.

Yes, we desperately need tradespeople in Alberta. They're making an absolute killing out there, because there's a crazy housing shortage.
