33/F/AZ, divorced, 14 year old daughter (15 in 1 month).

I am leaving for Vegas tonight, so you have about 4 hours, then I'll be gone until Saturday PM.

(Don't be mad abou the Vegas trip, I go there almost every weekend, I live just close enough and just far enough away!)

Possibly true. Men did come before women and have had advantages that women didn't have in the past.

I think that in studies it's probably true as a lot of women are taught/trained to be more of the caregiver (ie housewife) and not the business women by their parents/mother. While this may not be that true today, it was 20+ years ago which has affected our current women population.

HOWEVER

While it might be true in case studies, you'll always have the women who don't fit the mold and who are way smarter then some men and are the business women and have the skills to do whatever they want.

The dam, alas, is not even close to being ready and it was supposed to be completed in 2008. They took the date off all the signs, so it's not looking too good. I'm predicting 2010.

Business is going great, I have 3 employees and 4 clients. Always on the look out for another client, but do not actively seek them. I do no advertising and it's all about the word of mouth.

I've taught my daughter how to respect herself and not give it up to some punk with a cheesy line.

We are very, very close and we communicate about everything. She tells me everything and while that may sound naive I KNOW it's true because I know what she's told me and if she was keeping things from me, she wouldn't be telling me those kinds of things.

I usually go by myself, but I also go with friends sometimes. I seem to have more liquid assets (moolah) then most of my friends, so they'll go with me 2-4 times a year, but I go all the time.

I do by myself to gamble, play poker, go drinking and dancing and can do that all by myself and have a great time. I'm a social butterfly and I make friends EVERYWHERE I go, no joke.

I have not had to beat up, but I have had to intimidate and it went VERY well, never saw him again.

I would be able to if I had too, but then again I'd get arrested for child abuse, so no I wouldn't. But I would call his parents and rat him out. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
