Hello Andrew,

Thank you for your mail.

An interesting question, however is there anything we can help you with? Can
you please re-send your message with a complete description of how it is we
may be of assistance?

Please include your PokerStars user ID, and any error messages you are
receiving. We're anxious to help you, and are standing by for your
question.

Regards,

Karl R

Will the next FTOPS have a stud 8 event? Also, will it pay out to the correct (10%) amount of players, unlike the HORSE tourney did this time?

As of a week and 12 hours later, no response.

-1 point to Stars for giving the wrong answer, though. Normally they're better than that.

The best comparison was when someone (in BBV, I believe), e-mailed lots of different sites asking what their stance would be if he let his pet monkey play on his account.

I'm trying to find it. It might have not been a monkey, I'm not sure.

And people wonder why customer support is so slow in responding. They get 12 year old, closet homosexual 2+2ers asking them their favorite color.

30 year old and not closet. PokerStars answered my ridiculous question in under 15 minutes. Full Tilt hasn't answered a serious question in a week.

Yeah, ban me anyway.

you sending two emails proves nothing. The FT question prob. couldn't be answered by the avg support employee and had to be forwarded to someone of importance.
Everyone knows PS is better.....you should have reversed the questions

I sent an email to PokerStars a few weeks ago about the limit FPP tourneys they do on Saturdays and the NLHE FPP tourney on Sunday and why not a HORSE and so forth... I got a response saying the email had been forwarded and have heard nothing since. FT should at least tell me they're passing my post on.

Not so, there's one guy on here who keeps insisting they answer all his emails within a day. Multiple times a day.

Hello Andrew,

We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently receiving a large
number of emails and are responding to each one as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience while we researched the situation.

Unfortunately, we have not yet established the complete schedule for
FTOPS VI. I certainly hope we will add Stud 8 to the lineup and will
forward your email to our Feedback Department as a suggestion.

If we do add Stud 8 to the next FTOPS, the payout structure would likely
reflect the usual payout structure, although since it has not been added
to the series at this time, I cannot guarantee this. As soon as we have
arranged the details for the next series, we will have all the related
information posted on our promotions website at:

http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/promotions.php

I'm sorry we could not be more definitive at this time, but we
appreciate your interest in the FTOPS. If you have any other questions,
or concerns, please let us know.

Best of luck on the tables.

Regards,

Peter
