Ugh, I'd be all for a shove if you had 100BB stacks, but with 150 I just don't think that you're getting looked up by QJ, QK enough. I forfeit my nuts for one week and just call.

You need to be more than 50% sure that you have the best hand to shove (that is even assuming he calls your shove 100% of the time), and based on pot odds you only need to be 22% sure you win to justify a call.

I'm in the between 22-50 camp, so I call.

We only lose to 99/Slowplayed QQ+/Quads. All these would also have had to slowplay on the flop. This is the case such a small % of the time compared to villain having a pair, calling is inexcusable here. I really prefer 150 to a shove because I doubt he's very strong, and he's obviously a donk from stats.

People can't have it both ways here.

Those suggesting raising/shoving are obviously assuming he's dumb enough to bet and call a worse queen here (which is horrible). But at the same time, they're also saying there's no way he could have gotten here with a 3 unless it was some sort of monster like A3ss. This is a steal situation where the only paint is a Q. A pair of threes isn't just giving up their hand here.

There are way more hands with weak queens or threes than there are strong queens in his range. Without a postflop read, raising or shoving the river is bad. Call and start learning how he plays postflop.

I shove all-in. The river bet looks very weak to me. If villain shows a X3 or a full house so be it. I don't believe that villain has trips. The weak bet smells like KQ/QJ/QT.

Typo corrected: raising, not betting. You obviously value bet the river 100% of the time when checked to. However, once he leads out - if his range is primarily weak queens and threes then raising/shoving makes little sense as there is no reason to expect him to call with a weak queen (though he may - again postflop read) and you're value stacking yourself when he has a three.

I think that you are WA/WB. I would call. I think that the villain was making a 1/3 pot blocking bet with a weak queen or an underpair of some kind hoping for a cheap showdown.

I don't think that a raise would get called by a worse hand.

Agree this looks like a block. People usually Pot a crappy rivered junk 2-pair...and I always pay them off.

I like $150 which he may call. Worse Q folds when they block like this unless you've got the right image.

I find these bets to be either weak top pair or bluffs with missed draws a lot so i prob shove.

QFT. In the past I've bluffed in these spots and inevitably they called with QJo. AQ is good enough to shove here. I think KQ would be call instead. Thoughts?
