i have been saying this forever now and am both excited and a bit upset that my idea (though obv not wholly original) has been swiped

though i feel like they are going too try to hard to modernize and 'hip' it up, whereas i would have kept it just as it was in 1989, only editing a couple of the events i have deemed lame and unexciting.

I remember mentally jerking off when it was announced that Press Your Luck was re-done and back on the air a few years back. Then I saw that they bastardized it, put on a douchebag for a host, and completely ruined it and made it unwatchable.

The same was done for family feud as well.

I sure as hell hope the same doesn't happen here for AG.

Does anyone remember Battle Dome -- a Gladiators rip off that added a WWE element to the gladiators. It was more intense that gladiators, but on a much lower budget. One episode some guys ankle split into on an event where you try to know off the glaidator from a spinning hill like device.

I remember watching this back on USA about 10 summers ago. I was so happy that Bam Bam lost. I hated that guy so much.

He did get screwed though as it seems the gladiators completely blew dropping the big ball on Ortega.
