party poker grindload

does anyone know if we can play this $100 4x bonus or 500$ 6x bonus now or do we have to wait until aug 27 to clear the bonus as that is when the grind freeroll qualifying starts aug27. Or do we have to enter any code when depositing as it says nothing about a code just a % of your deposit

Re: party poker grindload

From what I read, you have to grind on consecutive days to receive the bonus (starting on August 27th). Think of it like a mini-Full Tilt IronMan promotion except the number of consecutive grinding days is what matters. From what I understand, a "grinding" day must include 25 Base Party Points earned on that day. So try not to miss out on Wednesday or something ... 25 points a day should be achievable for most of us.

Re: party poker grindload

Are you sure it's only 25 points a day? My first impression was 250 or 300 points per day for 5 days to get the one of the best reloads but that would be awful lot of play. The wording is pretty unclear in t&c imo

Weaselgoth 08-23-2007 01:39 PM

Re: party poker grindload

For the reloads you have to earn a minimum of 25 points per day for 3,4 or 5 consecutive days.
3days = 20% $100 4x or 50% $250 6x
4days = 25% $100 4x or 50% $500 6x
5days = 30% $100 4x or 100% $500 6x

To gain entry to all 5 freerolls you need to grind 300 points on 5 consecutive days. Grind a minumum of 25 points on 5 days in BOTH weeks for a draw ticket for the car.

Re: party poker grindload

yeha i think u have to play 3-5 days in a row to eqarn the reload bonus, and the more u play the better the bonus u earn, but unle4ss u play big limits looks like 100$ bonus with 5 days to clear.

Re: party poker grindload

I miss Party promotions.

Anyway, I don't think anyone has clearly spelled out the details of the promotion.

You grind (earn 25 points per day) for consecutive days. If you get 3, 4, or 5 days in a row you are eligible for a reload bonus.

You then get to choose either option 1 (4x bonus) or option 2 (6x bonus). You don't get multiple bonuses.

This is where the real grind begins.

4x bonuses must earn 4 points for each bonus dollar, and must be complete within 5 days.
Max $100 bonus = 400 points in 5 days.

6x bonuses must earn 6 points for each bonus dollar, and must be complete within 3 days.
Max $500 bonus = 3000 points in 3 days.

Re: party poker grindload

That's a clearer reading of the T&Cs than the one that I had this morning.

It looks like the reload is intended to be played out on the second week of the promotion. So, just freerolls for the first week, a deposit bonus for the second week, and, of course, Mini tickets if you grind for 5 consecutive days both weeks.

At least you're able to select the level that you want to try for. That's cool.

Re: party poker grindload

This is one of the better promo's ever. I like it!

Since this promo is geared towards higher volume players, I suspect this promo is made to lure back the high volume players who left party after they lost their unmentionable.

Anyway, I'm gonna go for the 7,5K grindrolls and the 30% up to $100 bonuses. The $500 bonuses are undoable for an SSNLer like me.

I did the $100 bonus yesterday. 600 points took 3993 hands at 100NL/6max. 1000 points should be about 6700 hands.

I'd guess closer to 4k hands for 200NL.

I also didn't get the reload offer in my email. Where do you all read this?

Ok i think I understand all of this promo apart from one thing. Do we get two reload bonuses, for example week one i grind for 3 to 5 days get a bonus. Then week 2 i grind for 3-5 days do i get another bonus now?

Sounds like a good promo, Im away for the first 3 days unfortunately so just 3 days for me, reckon i will take the $250 bonus. Week 2 i might just rinse repeat as im away the following weekend.

Re: party poker grindload

To me, it seems that the Grindload offer is given to you after you've proven your mettle in week 1. (Of course, I emailed Party 24 hours ago about this question, no response.)

I don't believe they are going to offer an additional Grindload after week 2; after all, there are raffle tickets for the Mini and another full set of freerolls for September 9th which is the final day of the promotion.

Re: party poker grindload

I got an unrelated question but I post it here because you're all party players, and here we go...
Do the game time table in pokertracker work for you guys after the 1970 update? I cant find any tables to choose from in the drop down menu although the hands are imported into the database. If not do PAHUD work after the client update?

Thanks a bunch, Kristoffer

Re: party poker grindload

Yeah, that would be crazy. $1000 for 8100 partypoints (if my math's correct) plus 12 freerolls plus a chance at the mini! But probably to good to be true.

There is only one grindLOAD and 2 sets of grindROLLS. The tables have been jammed all week its been fun. Shame I'm a fish really but never mind I'm learning.

Re: party poker grindload

hahah yep, I play 100nl also and am just going for the $100 bonus as there is no way I would clear it.

How many hands of 100nl to clear the 500 bonus? an insane amount i am guessing...
