BigPotGrabber support thread
 

Figured I'd make this the main support thread for BigPotGrabber. There is also a support thread on FTR here, so please check that first if you have a problem. Latest version is 1.6, added iPoker support and fixed some bugs.

Supported poker sites: PartyPoker, PokerStars, FullTilt, Prima, iPoker

This script will maintain a list of all seen pots over x big blinds in size. From this list you can bring up a trimmed version of the hand history text, making it easier to pay attention to important pots when multitabling.

I don't play on Crypto anymore, but if you ship me some HH's at halvsame/at/gmail/dot/com I'll have a look at it. Probably not gonna be high priority though.

While playing. You use it to keep track of any big pots that happened, as those are usually the ones that give you important information.

To the OP, this script looks great. I'll try it out later.

Nice tool HalvSame, is it working since the FTP update- I can't seem to get it going there? Got it going on Party fine.

[/ QUOTE ]It was supposed to be working, but I only tested it with HH's that were emailed to me since I don't have $$ on FTP myself right now.

Aren't pots showing up at all? For testing purposes, try setting the threshold to 1 so that every pot is considered "big", and make sure that the ftpHistoryPath is set up correctly, ie ftpHistoryPath = C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\History\HighSteaks.

What happened was that I couldn't get it going on Party(which is where I have my money) so I tried to get it going on FTP play money, no luck so I tried again on Party and got it going. I think your answer points to the fact that it doesn't work on FTP play money, correct?(was just wanting to get it going as I do play FTP occasionaly).

Doesn't show up on video BTW, any abvious reason for that? Had Spade Eye going as well and it showed up.

Since I moved to iPoker and upgraded to v1.6, I have not been able to double click on a hand in the main window to display it in the "hand window". Everything else works fine, the hands are parsed, and the most recent one pops up in the hand window, but I can't access any of the others.

I haven't looked at the code yet to see if I can figure it out, but has anyone experienced this?

Have you tried it on FTP real money since? I havent tried it on play money but I guess the HH's are different (if they even write HH's at all).

Missed this post, on video like a Camtasia recording? Kinda strange, do other AHK GUI's show up? I dunno how ahk does it's drawing, I guess it might do something similar to PAHUD in flicker free mode that also doesnt show up on vid AFAIK. Is this a big deal?

Yea, I thought I uploaded the fix for this, I must have forgotten. I'm working on Crypto support right now, I'll have a new version including this fix uploaded later today.

On the Camtasia issue, try this:
In Recorder (not Studio), Tools > Options > Capture Tab. Tick "Capture layered windows".
It's the third box from the bottom.

This will also make your HUD stats show up in vids.

Humm, I haven't been able to finish the new version - I managed to mistype my password three times and get my InterPoker account closed for 24 hours, rofl.

For now you can just edit the script, it's a simple fix. Search for "MyListView:", then look at the "if convert = 1" block. You'll see a list of "if site = blahblah"'s, beneath the last one just add

IIRC that's all it takes to fix it. Or you can wait until I manage to get the next version ready and uploaded [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].

Did you set the "primaName" variable in the settings at the beginning of the script? Also, the chat box needs to be set to either "Full detail" or "No player chat". Try setting the "threshold" variable to 1, this should make it pick up every single pot.

If you still can't get it to work I'll put a few bucks into my BF account and test it, though it should be similar for all skins.

lol, it took a while, but v1.7 w/Cryptologic support is now up on the wiki.
