New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
Personally, I really think they should add a short-handed Limit Hold'em event, and in keeping with their new lease on mixed games, I would love to see a $5k or $10k mixed NL Hold'em/PL Omaha event.
I'd also like to see the Main Event bumped up to $25k, but that's another matter. Any others that people would like to see added? |

6 card omaha PL. Infact I think vegas casinos should start spreading this as a cash game. Very popular here in Scotland and in Ireland. You guys dont know what your missing ahahahhahaha. Online rooms have so far shyed away from including this game as its such a bankroll buster.

Don't tell me they have that in Aberdeen now? |

Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
heads up limit death matches!
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
Old school 5-card stud or 5-card draw.
Heads-up 5-card would also be great. |
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
actually being serious, 5 card stud is a good idea blubear
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
6 max plo ftw...
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See

Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
Just keeping the added-this-year PLO8 will make me happy.

Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
Badugi and Chinese Poker.
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
You mean bring back Chinese Poker. And the mixed doubles.
Phil's right, the bracelets are devalued these days. |
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
Slap fight.
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
How does mixed doubles work? Didn't know about Chinese Poker previously being an event...cool.
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
5K 1/2 7-card stud 1/2 RAZZ
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
A NL Rebuy Crazy Pineaple, that would be so much fun.
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
6max limit
hu limit more/bigger razz |
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
I would like to see a $10K buy-in event for all the major games, and fewer $1K or $1.5K events. Also, a $20-25K NLHE event, whether or not this is deemed "the Main Event". |

a non rebuy 2-7 NL as well would be nice
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
5 card stud would be cool, they had it from 1971 until 1974, Bill Boyd won them all.
Maybe Draw High? 1/2 Hold'em 1/2 Stud And Ace-5 draw was also a legendary event in the past. |
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
7-card no-peaky
|
Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
Agreed on 5CD and 5CS

Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
I still don't understand why they havent come out with a 3 card game were you see five community cards like hold'em and omaha.
Hold'em can be too tight and slow, and Omaha can be too crazy. |

Re: New WSOP Events You Most Want to See
How about a doubles event that doesn't ever stop until it's over?
Also mixed HU tournament, preferably big-bet games like NLH, PLO, PLO8, PL5CD. |

Seriously, high buyin winner take all tournaments are just asking for all sorts of problems with common staking, swapping and so on.
