From the Neteller press release. This was part of the agreement they made.

Although definitely vague, I'd say if the US wants to ask Neteller who in the US got how much money...Neteller must cooperate.

Prepare, everybody. You will be getting your money, but this may also be the first step in something much, much larger that none of us are going to enjoy.

Funds are available beginning today. Just requested mine via EFT and had no problems.

Two things you should be aware of:

1. You don't have to agree to the Release to get your $. I'm not in a position to advise you one way or the other, but don't assume you have to agree to get $.

2. Some people have reported incorrect bank account info in Neteller's records, even those who have done EFT's before, so be sure to confirm all this before requesting your withdrawal.

I didn't agree to the release.

Hopefully someone puts together a class action suit and I get interest on my 30k. Hollllaaaaaaa.
