Kevin"Belowabove"Saul, The Mouth, and Shaniac. I have to say this had to be the biggest collections of degenerates ever to make a WPT final table. All we were missing was Stu Unger and Vinne Vinh. lol If you got a better one please post.

BTW congrats to Belowabove on joining the millionaire club, hold on to it bro. You give hope to other degens like me.

I look at degenerate gambler as having more sick bankroll management.
Making aggressive bets or sick calls or something isn't really that degen.

Winning $100k at the poker table and then heading straight to the sportsbook or craps table to bet it all away is degen.

I think your definition of 'degen gambler' is not the same as most of 2+2's.

I know Shane will read this, so Shane are you a Degen or have you ever been one???. Have I misclassified you?? My opinion on Kevin and Shane is based on playing against them online. Anyone who multitables 6+ mtts at the same time 12+ hrs a day, 7 days a week. That's a degen regardless if you win or lose at it. Granted Shane doesn't do this much anymore. I remember when he did. By degen I'm not really emphasizing gambler but "poker player". 90% of the top pro's will admit they are a degen in one way or another.

Working a 70+ hour week isn't really 'degenerate' if you're making constant money at it. Playing a 70+ hour week if you're a consistently losing player and constantly borrowing/stealing/grafting money to support your habit, however, is.

let's see, if you have $1000 to your name before anything else you'd pay for(food, rent, child support,etc)you'd try to roll it up playing poker, that's a degen. That's these guys, me, and 90% of the pros.That's why there are so many backers in the pro card world. We all are degens.

Strippers
High carding
Single sngs
PLO flips
MMA fights
Random sports bets
Black

I'm fairly sure I know what a degen is.

I've put up over 100% of my roll up 30+ times,lost over $200k in casinos, been homeless because of sports betting, committed felonies to get a roll, and banned from certain poker sites for being a degen. So what??

A degen is someone who spends way too much money on drugs, alcohol, strippers/hookers, pit games, high stakes games he has no business in, etc.

Playing poker in a very agressive style that you are successful with is not degen.
