If so i need coaching i been up down uop down over 10khands at 50c/$1 and my peak was 17 and now it's 4.25 after last nights big disaster HU(was around 12... i believe i will be somewhere around 9+ to 12 PTBB/100 over many hands(i hope anyway)

With good game selection 10+ is very possible to sustain. In fact, it's possible to sustain 8+ at the mid-high stakes as well since people generally play HU pretty badly.

We are talking about 1/2 though, where I think it is possible to sustain 15+.

HU is our little secret =).

I'm running at 7 over 60k hands or so and am slightly disappointed. There's been some tilt and some learning in there though... I'd say I'm probably near 10 for the last 25k, but that's just a guess.

just started playing .5/1 HU on FT. i'm @ 46BB/100 over 1k hands, which is obv completely maintainable

To clear this up, Im not running 15+/100 I just know someone who is (I am teh suck at HU cash atm), also I have been told its possible to run at 10ish/100 at 10/20 and below.

personnally i ran at about 8BB/100 on FTP at 1-2, about 3 at 2-4 (had a very long badstreak with a ton of tilt... made me change a lot as a poker player) ,

now around 7.5 at 5-10 and around 5.5-6 at 10-20

on euro sites im higher, but ive been running kinda bad lately on FTP

so yeah 10-15 is doable on the long run from 1-2 to 5-10 id say... 10-20 and up if youre a genius (you prob wont stay there for long and ull become a CTS or krantz and be richbitch...)



Another thing I'd like to say... dont get depressive just cause you cant beat 5BB/100 at heads up... just get some hands in and as long as you win keep going and try to improve yourself.

hey kirby what euro sites spread nlhu cash? I'm guessing they are soft if you are beating them that badly.

Update:

I just checked my last 15k hands and I'm indeed running at 12 PTBB/100 after I made some serious adjustments after that 20 BI downer. I was talking to a friend and I'm pretty confident my long-term winrate at $100 NL is probably from 8-12 PTBB/100.
