10k hu freezeouts
 

anyone interested in some 10K HU freezeouts? i'd like to do a few 100BB matches when I have a bit more time. mostly cuz i want to see how my HU game is doing

let me know, post here etc if you want to play. im really busy these days (working 60+ hour weeks etc) but i need to stay in tip top poker shape.


disclaimer: only person i wont play is schneids cuz hes the best ever

two. one to put in the edit. one to change the word edit to disclaimer so ppl wouldnt think i put it in AFTER you posted. i put it in before your challenge and you just challenged to be a nerd.

I opened the thread before you had edited, but had left the window up a min before tabbing back over to it to respond. I wouldn't disrespect you like that by challenging you after you say no [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I'd have to find a weekend to fly to turning stone, which is not exactly close to where I am right now (manhattan). I could leave on a friday night but i'd have to fly back out mid-sunday.

all in all if there's not a live play place near manhattan i don't know if i can do it, but i'll try

I was just in Vegas this weekend talking to a couple 2+2ers about this. How do we get it set up in Vegas? Which casino is most likely to allow this? I am so down for Vegas, probably coming back out this weekend as well.

there have to be some unemployed dealers in NYC after the recent crackdown, just find one and pay him to deal for you guys at someone's house or something. this shouldn't be that hard for a freezeout, just escrow the money online and play with chips.

i used to not think much of daryn's play but after playing with him recently on stars i think he's pretty good [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] either he improved or i improved to the point where i can see the difference between "solid tag" and "good player"

ps i dont want to play for less than 100 bets. im not playing these matches for the money. i have plenty of money. im playing them to get a better idea about HU LHE. ive been running hot like the sun in HU LHE recently and want to see what areas i can improve in.

unfortunately my schedule seems to get busier and busier so if i play someone it's gonna have to be on a weekend for sure. sorry for being so lame about it but these 60hr work weeks are really beginning to get to me to the point where i've been going to bed at like 10PM on weekdays and just crashing out of tiredness on weekends.

I live in NYC and would def play you HU but I most likely have no edge whatsoever vs. you so def not for 10k, and most likely not for a significant amount of $. If you're interested PM me though I wouldn't expect you to be.

10 seems like a lot to throw into a situation where even if i have an edge it's very small

if you doing it as a learning experience than wouldn't you rather play online so you can save hand histories and look em over?
