Guys, in his usual attempts to discredit me, Dean made the post - which you can see in the thread detailing the conflict between king of drafts and myself - in which he agreed to donate 2K to the charity of my choice if someone with access can look at my 2p2 messages and validate what I had said about posters pm-ing me about kod being a douchebag. I would like to take this time to publicly thank Dean for his charitable contribution. Schizophrenia is a terrible disease, and his 2K will go a long way.

I have six more similar messages in my pm box. Thus, if this can be verified, Dean, as a man of his word (and someone who so vehemently attacks those whose integrity comes in question) is going to donate $2000 to the charity of my choice.

The charity is a national schizophrenia research foundation. The name of the charity is the Stanley Medical Research Institute.

Dean, you are going to keep your word, correct? Just verify that, and I will allow access (or ask the private posters to come forward - which I suspect they will for such an altruistic cause).

I suspected Dean would respond this way. I hope you can all see what a scumbag he is. As you can see in the thread in which Dean made this offer, Dean believed or tried to portray that I was lying about the private messages that I had received about kod.

After I agreed to his offer, he started throwing in these stipulations (after the fact) to cover his butt. All, I hope this truly shows everyone what kind of a worm Dean is.

As an aside, may I take this moment to ask anyone that would to donate a small amount - say $20-$50 to the Stanley Medical Research Institute? Anyone who is interested, please pm me and I will send details.

Ansky, all stipulations were added AFTER Dean offered the bet and after I took him up on it. This can be verified by rereading the kod thread.

Ok this is already turning into a really stupid thread, but its obvious that Dean was making the stipulations to define what he was talking about, not to save his ass. With the 2352904682 members that are on 2+2, I don't think anyone would discount 8 random idiots PM'ing you Samo, and telling you how much they agree with you. That's a big difference than 8 people who actually play those stakes and have had unsavory dealings with KOD reach out to you

again, he said that only AFTER I agreed. In his original post, he simply said that if I could produce 8 pm's in which people said that kod was a douche or scum or whatever, he would donate 2K to the charity of my choice.

Clearly he is not going to (nor had any intentions of) every doing this. So I am done here. I just wanted everyone to know what a slime Dean is.

Maybe in Canada the word 'jackass' doesn't have the implications samo thinks it does. Here in the United States, we know that the jackass is a wily animal intent on defrauding, lying, and cheating - not to mention stealing blinds. It's almost an exact analogue to KoD.

I will gladly stop posting. Last few days were not really pleasant anyway. I posted again to defend myself from the post that kod had originated and it morphed into this.

However, anyone who doubts the way that Dean has weaseled out of this should just read back the sequence of posts in the kod thread. He accused me of lying about getting 8 pms about kod being a scum/douchebag. To try and sell his point, he volunteered to give 2K to the charity of my choice if there were really 8 such posts.

When I agreed to this and agreed to allow access to my pm box if he would in fact make his promised donation, he then and only then added all manner of stipulations to get out of it. If anyone doubts this, please read over the sequence of posts in the other thread.

And if anyone is genuinely interested in donating to an underfunded and important charity, please pm me and I will provide details.
