As far as the OP, wow that is just flat out awful. Grimstarr - I think you were probably joking in your reply, but if not then please explain how either of the 2 players' hole cards make a difference here? Even if ADZ held KK and his opponent held 42 and the flop came KK7, it would still be insanely unethical to push all in if they both agreed to check it down after the initial bet and call.
