Re: suggest electric razor, get 20 bones tomm
The best electric razor I have tried first hand
It's somewhat pricey compared to some low end razors, but its definetly worth it fwiw Edit: Also when you plug it in to charge, it is a self cleansing razor, so you don't have to clean it manually. Very nice feature. |

Trimmer:
http://g-ec2.images-amazon.com/image...ML._AA280_.jpg http://www.amazon.com/Remington-MB-300-T...1612&sr=1-2 I don't have a beard or mustache, but my dad does, and he swears by this thing. Good reviews on Amazon too, so I think it's a good bet. Razor: http://g-ec2.images-amazon.com/image...DL._AA280_.jpg http://g-ec2.images-amazon.com/image...DL._AA280_.jpg I'll admit, it looks kinda funky, but it definitely gets the job done. Got it for my birthday two years ago, and I love it. You get the best of both worlds... very close, and very little irritation. |

Re: suggest electric razor, get 20 bones tomm
I got this $15 Norelco thing from Wal-Mart.
It comes with a neat stand and a bunch of heads (including nose-hair trimmer, 2 different kinds of clippers, and an electric razor). The detachable heads part is a big plus because it's easy to clean. http://216.25.78.123/pics/norelco/g370.jpg Philips Norelco G370 All in one grooming kit. There's also a G380. Anyway, if you're looking for an electric razor to give you the 5 o'clock scruffy look, this is it. |

Re: suggest electric razor, get 20 bones tomm
I would say go with braun, best razor i've used out of a bunch of different ones. Also i would go with one with a dock, they last longer.
this will be the next one i buy i think. Someones already posted it tho im guessing. http://www.braun.com/na/360complete/360complete.html Ide go for this one if you dont get the 360 http://www.amazon.com/Braun-7680SP-S.../dp/B00006L9CA |
Re: suggest electric razor, get 20 bones tomm
I made a thread like this a couple months ago. Got no useful replies (probably because I didn't offer money).
I did my own research and found the Braun 360 complete system got consistently good reviews and comments from purchasers. I bought a kit and I've been pretty happy with it. The cleaning base is especially cool, detects how dirty the razor is and cleans it accordingly. The razor itself I use two ways. #1 If I shave normally, fairly quick - it gets the job done with pretty much zero irritation. #2 If I shave with a lot of pressure and take my time going over areas several times, I can get a shave very close to my old Mach 3 / Fusion blade razor. There's some irritation getting this close, but a bit of Nivea takes it away. |

From what i've heard the Phillips Bodygroom is pretty good if you have sensitive skin.

Re: suggest electric razor, get 20 bones tomm
The Braun 360 system gets the best reviews. I own the generation before (7570) and it gives a shave that is close to a blade. I'd rate the trimmer as adequate. You probably should purchase a separate trimmer.
