Hello,

We have received a complaint regarding your use of inappropriate
language at our tables. After reviewing the chat log (see below),
and based on your prior warnings and/or revocations, it was
decided to permanently remove your chat privileges. Your language
was highly offensive and completely unacceptable.

Our goal at PokerStars is to be a fun place to play, where everyone
can feel comfortable. Foul language and abuse of other players takes
away from everyone's enjoyment, and therefore will not be permitted.

how about you go through your records and look at all the mother [censored] rake i've paid you guys. My friend has had his chat "permanetly" removed at least 5 times, and has succesffully had it restored. this is complete [censored], look at at all the rake i've gave you guys and report back to me about my chat. look how many [censored] FPP's i've earned..... BS.... u should know by now that in america; if you got money and a high status; you get what you want. cooperate.

I have had my chat banned for a month and then "permanently"

I wrote a letter asking for it back ... blah blah... they said ok but to make sure it wouldn't happen again

I told someone I hoped they drove their car off a [censored] cliff and didn't quite die but broke many [censored] bones as possible and after dragging their half-dead [censored] body to the [censored] hospital they finally made it to the ER after the worst pain in their entire [censored] life and then died at the [censored] doorstep to the hospital and that i would be walking by and [censored] piss all over his dead body... or something like that

I was drunk and told poker stars in the email... they said i could have my chat back, but don't let it happen again
