I'm sure it sucks to be an 18 year old and have this happen to you, but it really sounds like her and her family are dwelling on the negative when they should be embracing the positive.

However, a big positive would be financial gain, and if she embraced that, she'd lose her eligibility .

IMO, you should get this on the shelves immediately...you can't count on this not being the peak of her popularity...though, if you have enough footage, you could go for part 1/part 2.
