Hey all. TStoneMBD is going to blog his WSOP experience for us. I am going to have this setup via RSS so this initial post will automatically update. Is he updating HIS results only or other players he knows also,his opp's at each table he plays,chipcounts,bustout hands,etc.?

I might update during breaks if something interesting happened, a sick hand took place or I'm a chipleader or something. most likely though most posts will just be an end day recap. I'm gonna try to disclude as many non-wsop things as possible cause I hate when blogs talk about what furniture or video game they just bought. I'm sure ill talk hands/opponents/strategy but it all depends on how much time I have and how much I enjoy the experience of posting. typing on this damn phone is tuff. its new so maybe ill get used to the minikeyboard more.
replies and comments are very welcomed here in this thread. I'm more likely to spend more time making elaborate blog posts if I know there's a lot of interest. ill also try to read and reply to all comments but that's also dependant on how much time I have. for all I know I could be playing 70 hours a week. |

I expect the number of entries to go up a lot since there is so much tv time. I heard there will be many more sats for it too and the buzz seems much stronger. I could be wrong tho.

This is the same thing I'm planning, but without the pimp RSS feed from Jurollo. Should be entertaining, but it's going to suck if you spend the whole month without any nice cashes.

hi plz, excellent post really.
1, I am multi-talented as I've taught myself to shuffle chips in 3 different ways. my personal preference is also the side to side method. 2, alex's zombie demeanor is one of his greatest attrtibutes as people commonly explode their stacks when they can't take it anymore. 3, yes I agree, its creepy and I actually brought this up with a friend. the problem is, I feel one of my stronger strengths in live poker is picking up tells and to avoid staring someone down would take away some of my edge. because of this I'm actually gonna try to use glasses this year. I highly doubt I'd ever use them at a tv table tho. for the record, I think glasses are ghey, but staring into someones man-eyes is even more ghey. also, random rant but I can't understand why vrusso uses glasses. you never see her eyes. for someone who's fame is entirely based on the fact that she's female, you'd think shed improve her image of letting male viewers see her eyes on tv. |

tstone: Good luck and cool idea. PS my sister has a huge crush on you and started to cry a little when you busted out on TV. SHe pretended she was just kidding, but then she had to leave the room.

I can only shuffle front and back, guess I'm weird. What's the 3rd way? I like shuffling using some chips held in my hand with the top of a tall stack - saw Chau Giang do it on a WPT episode and decided it was way cooler than normal shuffling.

p.s i will be be reading it anyway because he is clearly a interesting guy and his ventures are bound to be interesting whatever happens and his poker skills are evident from that uspc tourney, but still capital letter after fullstop helps.
