Pulp's Different Class has Common People followed by I Spy and then Disco 2000. That's a pretty amazing run of songs.

MJ has Thriller, Beat it, Billie Jean. Not bad either.

Well done. I'm not a huge U2 fan, but The Joshua Tree is sweet and this stretch is stellar. I can't think of any song by them I like better with the possible exception of Sunday Blooday Sunday over Where the Streets Have No Name.

I agree with The Band, the revised RATM pick, and the Joshua Tree so far, all great choices. BCVCP also nailed the metallica pick, i can't see how anything else could possibly win that one.
