Entourage 4/22

I thought this was a pretty solid episode. Ari was especially good, notably in the scene where he fired the guy in front of everyone. But why did it end so early? They couldn't have come up with a few more minutes of stuff?

It's sick how Jeremy Piven continues to carry this show, although I did like the last scene with Vince/Amanda.

Also they can go ahead and remove Debi Mazar from the opening credits.

Ending at 24 after is not cool. [censored] entourage. Ari great as usual but the ep was only ok.

It's amazing though how much they cover in 24 minutes. The Sopranos is so full of filler that I feel like less is covered in the hour than Entourage gives you in 24 minutes.

The blowup in the therapist's office was classic.

There is a lot of really long shots that could be shortened up a little bit in the sopranos imo, ie, tonight I distinctly remember thinking.."jesus, alright we get it its JR. get to the next seen already" when the camera was focused on him while he was watching tv.

I'm a huge Sopranos fan. I have watched every episode of every season and loved the show from when it was first aired. But to deny that there are some filler scenes (or scenes/themes that drag a bit) in it would be incorrect, and this season has had quite a few of them.

It's weird, I tend to enjoy the slower paced episodes more, which is different than the majority opinion I guess. I suppose it's also possible that there is so much garbage on TV that any Sopranos ep seems like an instant classic to me.

Homer,

It's called character and plot development and differentiates sopranos and 24 fans.

Even though it was a bit short I absolute love how the writers always takes the line that everyone hopes for but dont actually think will happen.

Hope we get to see the lovescene next time :P

The scenes with Ari and his wife talking to the therapist are the best moments on the show.

Re: Entourage 4/22

Why was this episode so short? And is it just me or there seems to be too much women talking this season? What was up with the therapist talking for a good 2 minutes to Ari on the golf course? TBH, I just start zoning out when they start talking.

WTF @ people bitching that this was so short. You'd rather than make up 6 minutes of crap than just tell the story they want to tell and be done with it?

That said, this ep could have been about 24 minute shorter. Just boring. The best part was the random Amanda in her underwear scene and beyond that, yawn, yawn, yawn.

Gugino is smokin'. I actually liked this episode, but I think the bar has been set so low for me (thought the 1st 2 episodes this season were just bad) not really expecting too much.

They are filming some next season stuff in my buddy's building, it's a Drama storyline if anyone wants the spoiler-age.

Drama and Ari both should just have their own shows. Drama + Turtle and Ari + Lloyd are both just amazing.

Anybody know what the show's theme song is, during the opening credits? I don't like but I am curious. Is it The Killers?

This show is getting more and more terrible. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable because the acting is so bad. It seems like it is just written for other Hollywood people so they can sit there and nudge eachother and go hee hee that happened to me.
