Betpot script for Ongame network ? (payment for publishing code)

Hello,

Is there betpot script for Ongame network ? I would need simple script without all the sugar from Party/Stars ones.
I would gladly pay 100$ (or possibly more if its a lot of work) to first person who publish working code here if its not yet written(so everybody could use it). It would be great if it works at all Ongame skins running simultanously.
I hope that request doesnt break forum rules as the script will be available for all users.

Best wishes,
punter

Okay, I'll bite. But I can't even figure out where to download an ongame site.
Link?

Edit: Okay, don't worry, I found.

Okay, here's the first attempt.

I only tested on PokerRoom, I'll look into other ongame sites later.

It seems to work alright, if not quite as smooth as for most other sites (due to the weird controls they use...).

I'm not sure what you'd like it to do, so right now there's one hotkey (middle mouse button) which bets the pot, or a fraction of the pot (you can change the settings at the top of the script).

One problem I haven't solved yet is this: At 10-10 play money, it won't let you enter floating point numbers (entering 10.50 results in 1050). But obviously at the lower limits it will have to let you. Only PokerRoom won't show me any real money tables for whatever reason, so I can't figure at which limit they stop letting you enter cents. Anyone know this?

It will for me, manually entering 10.5 with the keyboard is working fine.

Is it possible to get something like right mouse button bets and scroll wheel changes the amount by something not retarded?

punter11235 03-31-2007 06:25 PM

Re: Betpot script for Ongame network ? (payment for publishing code)

I am currently unable to test that script. Can someone do that and post some feedback ?
I would like to have possibility to define more buttons with diffrent amounts (no "by street" function needed, just one fraction of teh pot per button).
Scroll would be nice but not necessary.

Thanks very much for quick help

Does Roland's TableNavigator do enough highlighting for you?

Set it in "attention queue" mode, it will highlight the most urgent table I think, and a lot of other convenient things

I haven't looked into the scrolling yet, but I remember having tried it for TableNavigator and giving up because I couldn't get it to work. But I'll give my best.
Right mouse button bets should be easy.

__dave__, I tried it but afaict table navigator is not working on ongame currently and that app dries me batshit crazy anyway. Sorry roland. I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] table highlighter though.

punter, it does what it says on the tin - click middle mouse button, amount in the pot (less rake) is put into the bet amount text box, optional autobetting.

I would, It's pretty much done

I was working on it a few weeks back, when there was that big "WPEX claims I'm a bot! Steals my $20K?" thread in Internet Gambling. Turned out the guy was using AHK scripts of his own making (we never found out to do what), and WPEX cleared him. But they never gave the all clear on scripts, or said what was OK or not.

Kinda put me off testing, as you'd imagine. I thought it probably best to get the official go-ahead from WPEX GM before posting. I would not want to be the one responsible for getting everyone's WPEX $$$ confiscated.

I'll get back on it, and shoot WPEX GM an email / PM

Jamougha,

I added PokerRoom support to TableHighlighter.
Currently it ignores advance action buttons - let me know if you need that too.
Also, I'm not sure if you need it to work only for PokerRoom or for other ongame sites too - let me know.

Edit: Btw...

On my 10-10 play money table it goes up in 5 increments. Is that different at other limits? What do you consider not retarded?

Btw, I noticed that I can't even fit 4 PokerRoom tables on my screen without overlap, so I updated my NoTitlebar script to work for PR.

Re: Betpot script for Ongame network ? (payment for publishing code)

Roland,

not sure what advance action buttons are, do you mean the check-boxes for check, fold, etc? If so then yes, that would be very handy.

Currently the software will do e.g. 5,10,15,20,25,30,35 (sometimes skips this),40,45 (ditto),50,100,150... ideal would be something like max(one BB, pot/10).

I will check the new tablehighlighter out in the morning, give me some payment details? Cheers!

Hehe good!

Oh one other thing that's been at the back of my mind for a while - it should be possible (in fact I think very easy) to make the script work so that after entering the number into the bet size control it selects the text. Then the times you need to type a number in you can hit 'bet pot' then fire away at the number pad rather than fiddling around with the mouse to select the text or delete it. Just sending the keys 'home' then 'shift-end' should work yeah?

Yeah, Home->Shift+End works - as does ControlFocus, depending upon the site I think I'll also add numpad + and - to inc / dec the bet by default in the next update.

Selecting the bet amount box for numpad entry on any site shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks to Roland's fine work here, OnGame support will be in BetPot soon enough - If you are going to donate for OnGame support, send it in his direction

Hi punter,

You need to download the latest version of AHK.

punter11235 04-01-2007 10:40 AM

Re: Betpot script for Ongame network ? (payment for publishing code)

OK downloaded it.
Now the scroll is working perfectly but the button isnt.
It looks like it doesnt enter an amount. Maybe its diffrent at playmoney I dont know. I will try to test ti at higher stakes where "." in bets is not a problem.
Also is it possible to define "all-in" button ?

Re: Betpot script for Ongame network ? (payment for publishing code)

Update :

Entering amounts work at higher tables but "auto-bet" is not.
Do I need to set it at 1 ? ( I did that and still no results).

EDIT: maybe the simplest method to code "autobet" is to make the script click "F3" which is for bet/raise at ongame from what I see.

Sorry for flooding that thread.
One more thing is : is it possible to switch off default right click on pokerroom and use it for potbet script (right click displays options when clicked above the table).

Re: Betpot script for Ongame network ? (payment for publishing code)

It looks like bet/raise is sometimes "button 25" and sometimes "button 29". Preflop its always "button 25" it seems.

EDIT : WOw I want to learn AHK. "fold in turn" or "check/fold in turn" is button 49 or 45. How can I define a user button to click it ?

EDIT2 : another little problem : when the table window is not active it seems that it takes a lot of clicks on "bet button" to make it work

Also it seems that clicking it in the loop "until its visible" (as I udnerstand is coded now) is not that good idea.
If one click doesnt work maybe it would be better to code :
1) click - hold for a while - release
2)check if still visible if not repeat 1)
