Fulltilt down for 2 Days??? Say it ain\'t so?

Is something sinisterly wrong here? How can a poker room be down for 2 days?

Why no announcement from FT on this? THAT is surprizing.

There's been no announcement because it hasn't been down for 2 days.

Well THATS not a good enough reason!
They should make an anouncement anyway

well remember how FTPDOUG said a couple nights ago that it wasn't down but sone people were having trouble connecting? Those people still are. For me, the sight has been effectively down for two days because that's how long it's been since I was able to connect.

Did you try redownloading the software. I thought mine was down for a day then I saw people were talking about how it was up so I redownloaded it and it works fine now.

No, I thought about doing that but didn't try it. I will now though, thanks.

Did you check in your processes and make sure all processes from full tilt were shut down?

when I uninstalled it?...no How many processes are assosciated with FTP? I renenber seeing one before, none of my processes at the moment seem to have anything to do with FTP but I'm not really very good with computers at all.

They better have a bonus to quell this issue.

Just one I think, you'd see it because it says fulltilt, for some reason when I close the client it leaves the process running so I have to go in and manually close it or I can't reopen the client.

I played all last night with no problems.

The 3/14 early morning outage reportedly was at the host servers in Canada, not at FTP. Apparently other sites were affected as well.

Re: Fulltilt down for 2 Days??? Say it ain\'t so?

well for some reason when i uninstalled it the second time, it told me that fulltilt.exe or whatever was running and asked me if i wanted to close it first, which i did. so then i reinstalled it and it still isn't working. o well thanks for the help, i emailed FTP last night but probably won't hear from them for a while.

I know what you're talking about, but actually it just takes longer to really close than it appears (i.e. the window will close before the process closes. Sometimes the process closes nearly instantaneously, and sometimes it takes a couple seconds).

Re: Fulltilt down for 2 Days??? Say it ain\'t so?

as it turns out, it is a problem from costa rica. since FT went down 2 days ago, we have had an inability to connect except for 2-3 times for short periods of time.

since more than one person had this problem, i thought it must be system wide. my mistake. i really thought something had gone seriously wrong for a poker room to be down for 2 days.

I just got $10 transfer on full tilt and I don't know why.

Is anyone still having trouble connecting to FT? I had problems connecting starting on Wed, and while I've been able to connect once or twice since then, the session never lasts more than two minutes before disconnecting.
